The Learning Circle Community of Practice

It is hard to articulate the benefits I’ve received in deeply participating in the community of practice
developed and led by Erin and Emerald. Their commitment to advancing these values and their
encouraging nature pushes us to consider the ramifications of our decisions and to lean into our
privilege to pursue a better world for all. I am eager and feel empowered to continue my practice
personally and to implement changes I can for a better and more inclusive world.

Individual learning can only take one so far in their anti-racist journey. Cohort learning takes the abstract to application and helps participants grow personally and professionally together.

I host this community of practice alongside Emerald Anderson-Ford of Communities Reaching for Equity and Diversity (CRED).

Who this Community of Practice is for:

This experience is for any group of people trying to build their muscles around thinking, talking, and actively integrating principles of justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility into their day-to-day lives and work.

We recommend groups of 10-30 individuals, all of whom are working closely together within an organization, specific sector, or within an established network.
